Career Pathways, CCNZ National Awards finalist

The Brian Perry Civil Career Pathways is a finalist in the Connexis Civil Training and Development category at this year’s Civil Contractors New Zealand (CCNZ) National Awards. Designed and deployed by the BPC Learning and Development team in collaboration with our technical experts, Career Pathways defines clear stepping stones to build a career within our high-performing business unit. The programme maps out the different roles available in our teams and the required competencies for each role. This clearly lays out how team members at all levels can reach the next stage in their careers.

This award recognises employers who provide opportunities for their staff to gain qualifications, embed training as a standard practice, and create pathways for their people to advance. The winner will be announced at the CCNZ Conference in Tauranga on July 25.
