Parental leave policy
We are proud to offer a market-leading parental leave policy which supports our people when they welcome a new addition to their family.
As a primary carer on parental leave you will receive your normal pay for 26 weeks, or you can opt to receive 50% of your normal pay for 52 weeks. Secondary carers receive two weeks’ paid leave.
The policy is gender neutral – recognising that modern families come in all forms, giving the flexibility to tailor leave to your individual circumstances.
