Women in Construction
BPC is strongly focused on increasing women's participation in all roles across the construction industry.
Our Women in Construction Committee is a cooperative initiative between our senior leadership team and our female workforce. It aims to identify and overcome any barriers preventing our women achieving their goals at work.
Women working for BPC also benefit from Fletcher Construction’s year-long Women to Leadership group mentoring programme. As an emerging leader you will be inspired and supported through your development journey.
We are active participants in the Women in Infrastructure (WIN) and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) groups, and support Women in Trades and Girls with Hi-Vis initiatives.
We are very proud of the success our women have had in the NAWIC and CCNZ Awards.
