Natalie Griffiths, 2026 NAWIC Awards finalist

Congratulations to BPC Area Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Manager Natalie Griffiths, selected as a finalist for the 2026 National Association of Women in Construction’s Health, Safety & Wellbeing Award.

Natalie provides strategic leadership across our Ground Engineering, Civil Construction, and Asset Hub teams, focussed on strengthening BPC’s safety culture, system reliability, and the capability of the people and organisations we work alongside. She’s won praise for her work on our subcontractor forum, which builds connection, clarity, and shared accountability across BPC’s supply chain. Because our subcontractors work across the construction sector, the improvement in safety performance has wide benefits.

Focussed on bringing people together and inspiring others to think differently about safety, Natalie leads interactive initiatives like our Back to Work Day to show that safety can be engaging, practical, and even enjoyable.
