Supporting women to achieve in construction isn't just about backing BPC's own wāhine - it's about backing every woman who wants to succeed in our industry.

This year's International Women's Day theme is 'give to gain'. We've learned the power of this in the way we advocate for women across our industry. By giving our energy to encourage girls and women to consider careers in construction and supporting events to help them understand the opportunities available in our industry, we're helping to build a much stronger workforce.
