Two wins for Jethro Staite

We could not be more proud of our Supervisor Jethro Staite, who was today awarded the Z Energy Personal Improvement Award at the Civil Contractors New Zealand (CCNZ) Conference in Invercargill.

The judges highlighted Jethro’s “focus and determination”. “Jethro has gone from one challenge to another to many more in a very short space of time,” the judges said. “The ambition he has not only for himself but for his team, the projects he works on and our industry in general is impressive. With personal improvement being all about working towards something, having a goal, a vision, and focussing on how to get better and bringing people along as you succeed, then Jethro you’ve nailed it. Well done.”

Two week ago Jethro also won the Emerging Leader Award at the Wellington & Wairarapa CCNZ Awards. Congratulations to a highly valued team member!
