NAWIC finalist Fatima Atonio
Brian Perry Civil is proud of Fatima Atonio, selected as a finalist in the Site Based Rising Star category of this year’s National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Excellence Awards.
In her three years in construction, Fatima has developed from an intern to a Site Engineer, working around the country and running multiple projects and site crews.
She believes women bring “innovation, improvement, and the idea of doing things better” to engineering and the construction industry. “With women entering the construction world there is diverse thinking, better communication and rapport, as well as a different viewpoint.”
