Empowering initiatives

BPC’s female team members are supported through a range of initiatives, including workshops like the one held in Auckland this month that brought together women from across our Northern and Central regions. This week we have a workshop for our Southern Region team members.

Our Women in Construction Committee, a cooperative initiative between our senior leadership team and our female workforce, organises the workshops. They support the Committee’s aim to identify and overcome any barriers preventing our women achieving their goals at work.
