BPC Foreman Mason Hohepa wins Emerging Leader Award at Bay of Plenty CCNZ Awards
BPC is proud of Foreman Mason Hohepa, winner of the Emerging Leader Award at the Bay of Plenty Civil Contractors New Zealand Awards.
Mason’s potential was recognised after he joined BPC as a labourer, and he has completed several leadership courses. As a Foreman he has led many high-risk projects.
“Construction is an industry that rewards drive and a desire to learn,’ Mason says. “My long-term goal is to keep gaining more experience, knowledge, and skills, so I can continue to manage projects and people.”
