ECI success

BPC’s successful approach to Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects was highlighted at a recent PIANC (World Association of Waterborne Transport Infrastructure) New Zealand event hosted by Port Taranaki as part of the 2024 NZ Ports Engineers Forum.

Lee Griffiths, Alex Normandeau, and Kyle Marshall (pictured) used the example of the Seaview Wharf Resilience project, being delivered in Wellington for CentrePort, to demonstrate the positive delivery outcomes from our approach to the ECI project.

The presentation highlighted the successful technical outcomes and collaborative work model developed on the project between BPC and CentrePort.
