Crushing it in Cambridge
BPC team members were proud to be at the ribbon cutting for the new state-of-the-art Winstone Aggregates plant near Cambridge, having built the foundations and bunker storage area for our fellow Fletcher Building business.
Our Central Region team constructed the foundations for the aggregate crushing plant in the Whitehall Quarry, along with the large precast panel bunker storage facility for the aggregate after it has been crushed.
Among the project’s challenges was working safely within a very busy quarry facility.
Project Manager Dale McElhinney says the Mechanical contractor installing the crushing plant was “extremely complimentary of the accuracy of the BPC team’s work”.
