Celebrating Eric Foster

Brian Perry Civil is celebrating Eric Foster’s 30 years with Fletcher Construction businesses. Following his father Hemi into the construction business, Eric began as a labourer and has worked his way up on projects around the country to become the highly respected Supervisor he is today.

“I love construction,” he says, “especially the challenges on the many complex projects I’ve been part of.”

Eric’s made some good friends and learned a lot throughout his career. “Knowledge has been passed down to me from a lot of legends I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. I know I don’t own that knowledge. It was shown to me to pass on to the next generation coming through and that keeps me going – sharing knowledge with the up-and-coming young leaders.”
