BPC flies the flag for MATES in Construction
BPC work sites around the country have been holding mental health-focused toolbox talks and events as part of MATES in Construction NZ's Fly the Flag week.
Formed in response to the high rates of suicide across the construction industry, Mates in Construction provides practical advice and support for identifying and helping workmates going through tough times.
BPC is proud to support the organisation, which fits with our Protect value. Training is provided to identify people who may need help, to be supportive, and to provide an environment that encourages positive wellbeing.
