A large scale Landscape Project

Brian Perry Civil negotiated this project with CentrePort having been extensively involved during the design phase of the project. The project required Brian Perry Civil to work closely with the building contractor Fletcher Construction to stage the works around the completion of the building project.
Scope of works included:
- Excavation and pavement construction
- Precast and insitu concrete kerbing
- Light poles and wind screens
- Drainage and ducting works
- Exposed aggregate insitu concrete slabs and unit pavers
- Lighting
- Construction of swale drains and planting
The works also required interfacing with port operations and Wellington City Council with significant traffic management requirements. View more gallery images |
