A sheetpile installation in confined areas subject to flooding and tidal conditions. Construction of a box culvert across a busy roadway in tidal conditions.
Construction of a sheet piled drain 4m wide x 2.5m deep x 280m long.
- Supply and drive 578m of wall using sheetpiles 7.5m to 10.5m long
- Excavate 2100m3 of material from drain floor and dispose off site
- Supply and place 750m3 of hard-fill to drain floor
- Pour 260m3 of reinforced concrete slab to drain floor
- Construct reinforced concrete transition structure and outlet structure
- Construct 300m of fencing
- Construct 260m of steel handrails
- Provide 578m of timber capping above sheetpiles
- Import topsoil and mulch to outside edge of sheetpiles 1500m2
- Planting at sheetpile returns 250no.
- Conditional surveys on selected adjoining buildings
- Construct 4m x 1.2m precast reinforced concrete box culverts, length of 48m
- Gabion and reno mattress scour protection, 150m2
- Replace 40m of 375m CLS Watermain
- Relocate 22m of 650m CLS Sewer
- Provide 32m of 1000mm OD HDPE pipes for future service ducts
- Basecourse and asphaltic concrete surface reinstatement of roadways
